Mission, vision & values
British Home is a supportive community providing excellent care and rehabilitation, enabling everyone living with neuro-disability to reach their full potential.
Transforming Lives with Compassion and Care
At British Home, we are more than a charity—we are a therapeutic community for individuals living with neuro-disabilities. We offer a suite of essential services that empower our residents to live life to the fullest, including:
Every resident at British Home has faced the challenges of neuro-disability, whether due to an accident, stroke, trauma, or a degenerative condition. Our mission is to provide tailored care that meets the unique needs and aspirations of everyone.
Our Home accommodates up to 80 residents, each with their own private living space. Under the guidance of our Director of Care, our expert, multi-disciplinary team develops personalised care plans to suit the individual. No two journeys are the same, and neither are the support programs we provide.
For some, British Home is a stepping stone—a place to recover and transition to life in an adapted home within the wider community. For others, it is a permanent residence where they find stability, comfort, and care for the long term.
Safety, comfort, and therapeutic care always remain paramount at British Home. Our residents thrive in a space designed to support both their physical and emotional well-being.
We are proud to stand as a beacon of hope and care, making a real difference in the lives of those living with neuro-disabilities. Together, we build brighter futures.
