At British Home, we offer high-quality outpatient rehabilitation and therapy to individuals living with neuro-disabilities delivered by our expert multidisciplinary team. Patients receive the same specialist support as our residential clients in a flexible format that fits their life at home.
Our individual outpatient programmes are designed around each person’s goals, whether that’s improving mobility, enhancing communication, managing symptoms, or maintaining independence.
Our community groups offer creative therapies such as music, drama or art. From supporting speech and movement to building confidence and easing anxiety, these therapies can have a real impact on quality of life. Delivered by qualified therapists, each session is tailored to individual needs and abilities, with no previous experience required.

Community Group Therapies:
- Music Therapy: Music has a remarkable way of reaching the brain, engaging many areas at once. Our sessions use Neurologic Music Therapy techniques to support speech and communication, thinking skills, movement and emotional wellbeing, helping residents rebuild, restore or maintain abilities in a way that feels natural and enjoyable. No musical experience is needed.
- Dramatherapy: Through improvisation, role play and storytelling, Dramatherapy offers a creative, supportive space to express and process emotions. It helps build confidence, develop coping skills and improve emotional wellbeing through the power of drama and play. No previous experience needed.
- Art Therapy: Art Therapy offers a creative outlet for self-expression and personal insight. Through painting, drawing and other art forms, sessions support emotional exploration, while easing stress and building social connection. They can also help improve upper limb strength and control. No previous experience is needed.
