Anti-Gravity Treadmill Trial Launching Soon
We’re excited to announce the upcoming trial of a state-of-the-art anti-gravity treadmill this August at British Home.
This advanced piece of rehabilitation equipment is designed to provide residents with a unique way to regain strength and confidence in movement while reducing the risk of injury.
The anti-gravity treadmill uses controlled air pressure to gently lift and support the lower body, effectively reducing the impact of body weight during walking or standing. This technology allows individuals — especially those with limited mobility or undergoing neurological rehabilitation — to safely engage in upright exercise that might otherwise be too strenuous.
Residents can benefit from improved circulation, joint support, balance, and muscle tone, all while feeling secure and comfortable. By enabling movement in a safe and supported environment, the treadmill helps build both physical resilience and emotional confidence.
If the trial proves successful, we plan to launch a fundraising campaign to secure the equipment permanently and make this innovative therapy available to all who can benefit from it.
