This award belongs to our residents. Their voices shape everything we do, from how care is planned to how our services grow. When residents lead, extraordinarily special things follow.

It also recognises our brilliant multidisciplinary team. Nurses, therapists, carers and clinicians working side by side, trying new approaches and putting innovation into practice every single day, supported by our fantastic maintenance, finance and admin teams, who keep everything running behind the scenes.

A special mention for our wonderful Speech and Language Therapist, Juliette Darlington, who was Highly Commended for her exceptional work. So well deserved!
