British Home Launches Level 2B Neurorehabilitation Service
British Home is pleased to announce the launch of a four-bedded Level 2B Neurorehabilitation service, commissioned by the South-East London Integrated Care Board (ICB).
The Level 2B service provides specialist, multidisciplinary rehabilitation for adults with complex neurological conditions who have completed acute hospital treatment but continue to require structured, goal-focused support before returning to the community.
This pilot strengthens the rehabilitation pathway across South-East London by:
- Supporting step-down care from acute hospitals
- Reducing delayed discharges
- Freeing hospital bed capacity
- Enabling safer and more sustainable community transitions
Rehabilitation at British Home is delivered by a specialist multidisciplinary team working collaboratively to maximise recovery and independence.
